What is a sealed batch?
A short order window for one tokenised stock. Orders go in sealed: the batch knows an order exists, but not its side, size or owner. When the window closes, everything inside is handled together.
Protocol
BlastStocks groups tokenised-stock orders into short sealed batches, opens them together and crosses them at one midpoint. Here is each step, drawn in blocks.

01
A short order window for one tokenised stock. Orders go in sealed: the batch knows an order exists, but not its side, size or owner. When the window closes, everything inside is handled together.
02
A visible large order is information. Others can move the price before it fills. If nobody can see size until the batch stops taking orders, there is nothing to trade ahead of.
03
Each batch has a fixed order window. When the timer reaches zero the grid locks: no new orders, no edits. Orders submitted after close go into the next batch, still sealed.
04
All at once. Every order in the closed batch opens at the same moment, so nobody sees another order before theirs is locked in.
05
One reference price per batch, taken at the moment the batch closes: the live Uniswap v3 pool price on Robinhood Chain, with bid and ask set by the pool fee, (bid + ask) ÷ 2. The pool is looked up from the official Uniswap factory (most liquid stock/USDG pool) and cross-checked against Robinhood's official quote. If no pool is usable, the Robinhood quote is used and labelled as such.
06
Orders whose limit accepts the midpoint are eligible. Total eligible buys meet total eligible sells. The smaller side fills completely; the larger side fills pro-rata by size. Everyone who crosses gets the same price.
Worked example
Eligible buys: 3,501 · eligible sells: 2,601
Matched: 2,601 shares @ midpoint
Sells fill 100% · each buy fills 74.3% of its size
07
Crossed orders leave the grid and become settlement records: fill quantity, price, batch id. Unfilled size is returned. In the demo this happens locally; nothing is sent onchain.

What is real today: live prices (Uniswap v3 on Robinhood Chain, cross-checked with Robinhood's official quotes), the official stock token registry and your real wallet balances. What is still simulated: batches, other traders' orders and settlement. No batch contract is deployed yet and no transaction is sent. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell securities, and no regulatory approval is claimed.
